Privacy Policy

Postdash ("we", "us") helps creators and businesses manage their Instagram and Facebook presence — scheduling posts, automating comment-to-DM replies, and analysing engagement. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you connect your Instagram or Facebook account via Meta, we access only the data you authorise:
- Your Instagram/Facebook profile (username, name, profile picture, follower and media counts).
- Your media (posts) and their comments, for display and automation.
- Direct messages and comments, so we can power your inbox and comment-to-DM automations.
- Access tokens issued by Meta, stored securely to perform actions you request.
We also store your account email, name and (for paid plans) subscription status.
How we use your data
- To display your posts, comments and messages inside Postdash.
- To send automated replies and DMs that you configure.
- To publish content you schedule.
- To generate AI captions, replies and insights at your request.
We never sell your data or use your content for advertising.
Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers that run Postdash: Meta (Instagram/Facebook Graph API), our AI provider for caption/reply generation, and our payment processor (Razorpay) for subscriptions. Each processes data solely to provide their service.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data only while your account is active. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from Settings, which deletes the associated tokens and synced content. To delete all your data, see our Data Deletion page.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at nikhil13business@gmail.com.
