Data Deletion

You can delete your Postdash data at any time. We give you two ways to do this.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

1. Log in to Postdash and go to Settings.
2. Click Disconnect under "Real Meta Connect".
3. This immediately removes your Instagram/Facebook access tokens and all synced posts, comments and messages.

Option 2 — Request full deletion by email

To permanently delete your entire Postdash account and every piece of associated data, email nikhil13business@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my data". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Automatic deletion from Meta

If you remove Postdash from your Instagram/Facebook connected apps, Meta notifies us and we automatically delete the data linked to your Meta account. Our data-deletion callback endpoint (/api/meta/data-deletion) handles these requests and returns a confirmation you can track.
